  • Your full name.
  • The class you are in.
  • Lots of details about the problem you are having. For example, if you are having trouble with assignment 9, don't say "the assignment" or "the last assignment", instead, say "assignment 9".
  Also remember that you should use your Bethel email account to do your Bethel business. Your work email is for work, your school email is for school, and your personal email is for personal stuff. This is especially important when you communicate with your professors because it is illegal for professors to share your academic information with any email address but your Bethel email address.
